Error CodeDescription
Er20, Er31, Er47, or Display IssueDisconnect the cooker and wait a minute before reconnecting and restarting. If the error recurs, note the error code and contact your Authorized Service Centre.
E2 (Alternating ‘E’ and ‘2’)Indicates overheating of a cooking zone. Switch off the affected zone and allow it to cool. If the problem persists, use only the oven and contact your Authorized Service Centre.
E6, E7, E9, E5Disconnect the cooker, wait a minute, then reconnect and restart. If the issue persists, note the error code and contact your Authorized Service Centre.
U400Indicates power supply over-voltage. Disconnect the appliance and verify the correct power supply voltage per the appliance rating label.
Symbol ErrorIndicates a malfunctioning control dial. Turn all dials to OFF, then disconnect and restart the cooker. If the error does not clear or recurs, only use the oven and contact your Authorized Service Centre.

F2Overheated cooking area. Remove any cookware and let the area cool.
F4Re-position the cookware in the center of the cooking plate, away from the control panel.
F8The cooking process is taking too long.

E4Supply voltage is too low. If using a stabiliser, increase the voltage, otherwise wait for the voltage to naturally increase.
E5Cooker’s surface temperature too high. Remove any hot items and allow the cooker to cool down.
E6Overheating issue within the cooker. Allow it to cool, check for a malfunctioning fan or blocked air vent. If it persists, get it serviced.
E7Internal temperature sensor malfunction. Consult with a local electronics repair shop.
